One of the core strengths of Seraphim is our network. We look to use this network to help our portfolio companies thrive. Our network is unique because it consists exclusively of more than 1,000 business angels - entrepreneurs and business executives that have successfully founded, built, sold, or run their own businesses, and now want to use their experiences to help other early stage companies succeed. Spanning both the UK and America, our network consists of some of the most influential business leaders, and covers virtually every sector.

We look to leverage our network in any way we can to support our portfolio companies. This includes working with them to identify a 'lead angel' - a business angel that will invest alongside us, join the company's board, and help them flourish.

Because our portfolio companies help select their 'lead angel', their role is focussed on addressing the key issues facing the particular company. Their assistance can therefore range from opening doors at large potential customers, helping to find key new staff, preparing to expand into new markets, positioning the business for sale, or just helping to guide the company's strategy.
